Our House Rules

• A bathrobe, bath towel, and slippers are mandatory during your visit.

• Slippers are required in all walking areas for hygiene and safety reasons. Slippers must not be worn inside the sauna cabins or the Turkish steam bath.

• Sauna Dennenmarken operates as a 100% naturist facility: wearing swimwear is not permitted anywhere in our spa area.

• Showering is mandatory before entering any saunas, swimming pools, or baths. A cooling shower is also required after each sauna session before re-entering the water.

• In the sauna cabins, your entire body (including your feet) must rest entirely on a sufficiently large towel for hygiene purposes.

• Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited on the entire premises. Our restaurant is at your disposal throughout the day.

• Bringing water bottles or other liquid containers into the sauna cabins is strictly forbidden.

• To ensure privacy and tranquility for all guests, mobile phones, smartwatches, tablets, and other electronic devices are solely permitted in the reception foyer. Beyond the glass door into the spa, their use is strictly forbidden.

• Taking photos or videos is strictly prohibited across the entire wellness complex to protect everyone's privacy.

• If you keep your phone with you after being asked to store it in your locker, you will be required to leave the complex immediately and settle your bill. In a naturist environment, cameras and phones have no place.

• If you need to remain reachable due to urgent circumstances, please hand your phone to reception or share our front-desk number; our staff will notify you personally if you receive a call.

• Silence in the sauna cabins and relaxation lounges is deeply appreciated. Please speak in quiet whispers in all communal areas.

• Always follow instructions from our staff members.

• Disruptive, inappropriate, intimidating, or unwanted (sexual) behavior will not be tolerated. Violations will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

• Entering the restaurant, relaxation lounges, or outdoor terrace is only permitted while wearing a closed bathrobe.

• Please store your personal belongings in the provided lockable lockers. Sauna Dennenmarken assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

• Security cameras are present in public (clothed) areas for safety. There are strictly no cameras in naturist zones (saunas, showers, changing rooms).

• Enjoyment is encouraged, but excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

• Our staff reserves the right to refuse alcoholic drinks if there are concerns regarding safety, guest wellbeing, or appropriate conduct.

• Guests are welcome from the age of 18 and older. Reception staff may request a valid form of identification upon arrival.

• If you hold a physical discount voucher or gift card, please present it during check-in at the front desk.

• Promotional codes for online reservations must be entered during online checkout; retroactive discounts cannot be settled at the counter.

• Due to split levels and staircases throughout the premises, our complex is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Thank you for your understanding.

• You may reschedule your visit free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your booked arrival time via your online account or through our website.

• For reschedules made within 24 hours of arrival, an administrative fee of € 10 per ticket applies.

• Single admission tickets are non-refundable in cash.
