• All reservations become definitive only upon receipt of an official booking confirmation via email.

• Admission tickets and treatments must be paid in advance through our secure online booking system, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

• Discount codes and promotional vouchers must be entered during the online checkout process. Discounts cannot be applied or settled retroactively at check-in.

• Physical gift cards or partner vouchers must be handed in at the reception desk upon arrival.

• Non-refundable: Single day and evening passes are non-refundable in the form of monetary reimbursement.

• Free Date Changes: Unable to visit on your scheduled day? You can rebook your visit to a different date free of charge, provided you reschedule before the original check-in time via your account or by contacting our team.

• Multi-entry Passes (Badenkaarten): Multi-entry passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, are non-personal (can be shared with up to 4 persons per party simultaneously), and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Because reserved treatment times cannot easily be filled at the last minute, the following cancellation policy applies to all massages and wellness rituals:

• Up to 24 hours in advance: You can reschedule or cancel your treatment free of charge.

• Within 24 hours of appointment: In the event of a cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours prior to your treatment, 50% of the treatment costs will be charged.

• No-show (failure to arrive): If you do not show up for your scheduled treatment without notifying us in advance, 100% of the treatment costs will be charged.

• Late arrival: Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment. If you arrive late, this lost time will be deducted from your treatment duration to avoid delaying subsequent guests. The full rate of the booked treatment will remain payable.

• Minimum Age: Access to the wellness facilities is strictly reserved for guests aged 18 and older. Valid identification may be requested at check-in.

• 100% Naturist Policy: Sauna & Wellness Dennenmarken operates as a traditional, fully naturist spa. Wearing swimwear is not permitted in the saunas, pools, or whirlpools.

• Compulsory Attire: Wearing a bathrobe and slippers is mandatory in the restaurant, relaxation lounges, and outdoor garden areas. In sauna cabins, you must sit with your entire body on a sufficiently large bath towel for hygienic reasons.

• Accessibility: Due to the historical and architectural layout of our facilities across multiple split levels, our complex is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

• No Phones or Cameras: To safeguard the privacy and peace of all guests, mobile phones, cameras, tablets, and smartwatches are strictly forbidden beyond the reception door. Photography and filming are prohibited throughout the entire resort.

• Silence & Serenity: We kindly request all guests to maintain silence in the sauna cabins and relaxation rooms. Conversations should be kept at a quiet whisper in communal areas.

• Outside Food & Drink: Consuming personal food or beverages (including personal water bottles inside saunas) is strictly prohibited. Our restaurant is at your service throughout the day.

• Respect & Behavior: Intrusive, inappropriate, or sexually suggestive behavior is strictly forbidden. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in immediate expulsion from the resort without any right to a refund.

• Lockers are provided free of charge for storing your personal belongings. Sauna Dennenmarken B.V. accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

• The use of our saunas, pools, and other wellness facilities is entirely at your own risk. Guests suffering from medical conditions, cardiovascular issues, or pregnancy should consult a physician prior to visiting.

• Sauna Dennenmarken B.V. is not liable for physical injury, allergic reactions, or accidents resulting from the use of our facilities, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by management.
